One-to-One Personal Training
For those seeking highly focused and accelerated progress, our one-to-one personal training at GBMA is the ideal choice. You'll receive the undivided attention of an experienced instructor, allowing for tailored feedback and a curriculum precisely matched to your learning pace, strengths, and areas for improvement. This individualised approach ensures you build a solid technical foundation, correct any habits early, and gain confidence in a comfortable and private setting before potentially transitioning to group classes.
This bespoke training allows for maximum flexibility in scheduling, fitting seamlessly into your busy lifestyle. Whether you have specific goals in mind, prefer a more intensive learning experience, or simply wish to learn without the pressure of a group, our one-to-one sessions empower you to progress at an optimal rate, refining techniques and understanding core principles with unparalleled depth.
Small Group Training
Our small group training at GBMA offers a vibrant and encouraging environment, perfect for beginners who thrive on shared experiences and a sense of community. With a maximum of 5 people per session, you'll still receive significant individual attention from our instructors, while also benefiting from the energy and camaraderie of training alongside fellow beginners. This setting provides opportunities for controlled partner drills, mutual support, and learning from observing others.
